2025 in review
A brief look back at an impossibly dreamy year. 😉
As 2025 comes to a close, I’m struck by how formative this year has been for Impossible Dreams.
This was the year the platform truly came to life…
The GRAMMY nomination for the Impossible Dream Album,
The launch of the Impossible Dreams Podcast,
The Substack,
The early foundation of the Impossible Dream Machine.
What began as an idea rooted in storytelling, healing, and human resilience has grown into a living ecosystem powered by curiosity, courage, and care.
Most meaningful has been watching a team come together around my healing vision—a vision that isn’t just about surviving ALS, but about understanding it, sharing powerful stories, advancing insight, and refusing to accept silence or inevitability. Along the way, we’ve made real strides across content, community, and early research collaboration, while staying grounded in the humanity at the center of it all.
2025 reminded us that progress doesn’t always look like answers. Sometimes it looks like better questions, deeper trust, and people showing up consistently for one another.
Looking ahead, 2026 has the potential to be even more significant. As the platform matures and individual efforts move forward, we’re hopeful about what’s possible—creatively, medically, and collectively. There is still so much work to do, but the momentum feels real.
To the team, collaborators, advisors, guests, researchers, clinicians, listeners, readers, and supporters: thank you. This truly takes a village. And ALS is not just one person’s problem; it’s everyone’s problem.
We move forward together.
Love,
Aaron
